We offer USPS Priority/UPS Ground (at our discretion) and Express shipping for your order. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority. Priority Mail/UPS shipments usually take 3-5 business days to arrive from the shipment date (not date of order), but that is not guaranteed. When your order leaves our warehouse we will email you tracking information.

Most items usually ship the next business day, (Tu-S), unless otherwise noted in the item description. Special/custom orders will be shipped the next business day after they are received from the manufacturer. Shipping time depends on the recipient's location and the method of shipping selected. Please make sure to request the proper shipping method since only business days are considered as transit time (M-F excluding Holidays).

If a package is refused, rejected, or unable to be delivered, we will charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

Shipments to Canada are made using USPS Global Priority Mail which will ship 2-3 business days after an order is place, unless otherwise noted in the item description and will take an additional 5-7 business days to arrive, but that is not guaranteed. Special/custom orders will be shipped the next business day after they are received from the manufacturer. When your order ships we will email you tracking information.

You may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government once your package arrives. Any additional fees incurred are not under our control and are your sole responsibility.

Jack and Jill’s currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept money orders or checks. If you wish to redeem a store credit or gift certificate please put the authorization code in the appropriate field during checkout. (You will still be required to complete billing information to process your order.)

The following size chart is to help determine sizing. Please keep in mind that all children and manufacturers are different. (girth, length, rise, inseam, waist, etc.).

Jack and Jill’s is pleased to offer FREE gift wrapping to all of our customers. You will be able to choose this option when you select you item. You will have a choice of several different types of wrapping paper. You will be able to include a personalized card during checkout using the comments area. If, for some reason, we are unable to wrap a specific item we will notify you.

All items, when possible, will be placed and shipped together in one box. If items are to be shipped to different locations you will need to place each order separately and shipping charges will apply to each mailing address.

You may return items, including gifts, within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please allow for shipping time when making a return/exchange since the items must be in our store within the 14 days and not postmarked within the 14 days. All returns/exchanges must be in original condition with tags and original packaging. They must be unused and unwashed and in saleable condition. Any item that was purchased as a set must be returned in the same manner. Accessories purchased separately are considered independent of the set.

General returns will be issued a refund or store credit excluding shipping charges. Refunds will be paid in the same manner in which the purchase was made. Sale items or gifts will be issued a store credit which is valid for 6 months after issue date. There are no returns on final sale, gift certificates, special or custom orders/Communion dresses and accessories or custom/personalized items (which is noted in the product description). Special orders that were ordered from the manufacturer, for you, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and manufacturer shipping fee and are listed as Special Order in the description. There are no refunds or credits for shipping charges. Items shipped free of charge will have the standard shipping and handling charges deducted from your refund/credit.

All sales are final 14 days after the delivery date. Again, please remember that the return/exchange must be in our store within the 14 days (not postmarked) so please choose a reliable carrier that supplies tracking information and allow time for shipping. We are not responsible for items that have been shipped to us but not received. All packages must be prepaid since we do not accept COD’s.

Any exceptions this policy will be at the sole discretion of Jack and Jill’s Ltd. and will be issued a store credit only. The amount of the credit will be the current selling price (excluding shipping and handling) minus a 50% restocking fee.

Please note that some of our products are quite delicate. Jack and Jill’s will not accept any returns/exchanges on items that were damaged while worn or in the wash. If an item looks to have been damaged as a result of this, we will not accept the return and cannot credit/refund the purchase. If this is the case we will send the item in question back to you and reserve the right to charge your credit card for shipping charges. Also, please be aware that some items are made to look vintage or one of a kind and have unique characteristics or dyes within the materials/fabrics. We will not accept any returns due to these types of characteristics. Please consider this carefully when placing your order.

Return Policy Instructions

Email us at jackandjillskids@gmail.com for a Return Authorization Number and please make sure that we are allowed on your senders list in your email program.

Your request must include:
  • Order number (on your invoice or packing slip)
  • Order date
  • Item number(s) or description(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Type of return requested for general merchandise
  • Your name, email, ship and bill to address, phone number

    We will email a Return Authorization Number (RA) to you. Again, make sure we are on the allowed senders list.

    Write the RA number on the OUTSIDE of the shipping box. No returns will be accepted without this number on the outside of the box.

    Write the RA number on the packing slip, circle or highlight the item(s) being returned and include this slip inside the box.

    We will send you an email after we receive and inspect the package which will include your credit information. All items will be processed with in 14 days of receipt. However, it may take 4 weeks for a credit to post to your statement.


    Unfortunately, we are unable to “hold” items in anticipation of a return. With that in mind and to ensure availability of a specific item, please place a new order for the correct item. When we receive the return we can then credit your account/credit card. If you do not wish to do this we will process the exchange based on our in-stock availability. If the item is no longer available we will notify you and process your transaction as a return.

    Please note the following information regarding exchanges:

    Exchanges must be made and in our store within 14 days of the delivery date.
    Please follow all the same policies/procedures as a return.
    There will be shipping charges charged to your account for the new item.

    Damaged Items

    If an item has been damaged in shipping or has a manufacturer’s flaw, please contact us immediately at jackandjillskids@gmail.com so we can correct this matter as soon as possible. Please note we must be notified within 5 days of the delivery date and all packing materials must be saved in order to process the return.
